So to be honest these rubber vent covers were interesting. I wanted to close off a few vents that are ill placed. They looked well made and had no odor. They do have a slight stretch to them and were pretty easy to apply but I had to watch for tight fitting corners on the metal vent as to not catch or tear the rubber. The fit for the hole that the vent went in to was a perfect snug fit and the fact I could not see them after installing was great! The fact I could hear them not so much. Sadly they didn't actually stop the airflow. When ever the system was used instead of blocking the air flow. The vent would just lift up and then you could hear the high pitch sound of the air escaping. This could be just be a wow that's odd event that only I happen upon but they just didn't work out for me.

We needed to close some of our vents to direct more air from our air conditioner to certain rooms. We have bought magnetic covers in the past but these really do a better job and don’t change the appearance of the vents. Since they are not on all vents and you cannot tell by looking which vents are closed, I am thinking I may make some sort of inconspicuous mark on the ones that have them so when winter comes it will be easier to make any needed changes.

This was easy to put on & blocks the air & prevents the loud whistling noise coming through my closed vent! I am super happy with this.

We live in a rental and the bedroom’s are always warmer than the rest of the house. I would have to put the thermostat at 68 before going to bed. I put 2 of these on the floor vents and set the temp at 70 to see what would happen. I woke up comfortable not hot. Will put 2 more on today.

I was looking for something to completely block a couple of vent registers. Then I stumbled on this item. It’s a simple idea, may be a bit overpriced for what you get, but it works really well. Very easy to install. I’m satisfied with the product.

These covers are addressing the issue we were having where our upstairs was always warmer than main level, making it difficult to sleep without turning temperature down considerably. With these covers, the upstairs is comfortable and the house temperature is more consistent. We coupled with some magnetic covers (3) over other vents so we can easily place and remove those to have some vents open on main level during day and then cover those at night to go along with the 5 vents that have these "below the floor" covers.

So I messed up and measured the wrong part of the vent so I got covers that were too big. I made them work until I replaced my vents completely. Great product but again, measure twice. 😂

Used these to blank off several ac ducts that leaked when closed. A very good fit.

maybe three?Hot Air still gets into my room even with the cover. I have this rubber cover on. A pair of panty hose wrapped around. And a deflecting cover. And the room still gets warm. It does help for sure but not air tight. 53$ for three. Only needed one. So high priced purchase. Live with roommates who love the heat on at a million. This cover does help but I still get too much hot air in my room. Don’t know what else to do. Cover it with cardboard? No clue.

Blocks the cold from my basement vents. My vents do not work with magnets so this cover is great. A little tricky / messy to install on the ceiling with gravity and paint pieces falling but worked out in the end. Made the mistake of measuring the frame of my vent rather than the actual opening so my product was too big. Though cutting it with scissors did the trick it would have been easier to install if I realized this beforehand.

I bought these to block the air conditioning coming from the vents in the basement, as it’s always so freezing down there, even with the vent in the closed position. There has definitely been improvement, it’s still a bit cool down there but not like it was. The outside of my vent cover measures 11 x 5 inches and these covers fit the inside perfectly. They are folded together when they arrive so you have to unfold them carefully

We used these to close off vents downstairs and force more cool air upstairs.Worked fantastically. A bit pricey for what you got but otherwise a great product.
