It's not just for brewing beer
I am eating the barley mixed in with oats from Trader Joe's. I put 30 grams of barley/oats and 240 grams or 1 cup of Almond Cashew milk in the microwave in a 6 cup Pyrex bowl for 10 minutes 30 seconds at 50% power. Let sit overnight in frig. It is delicious.

Bad Flakes Barley
I have used other flakes barley but this is the worst. Do not buy it and you can not return since this product is not from Amazon but from another company which is sold by Amazon.
