I'm going to be honest I bought these to hold up my pants... not a tool belt thought I have a hammer, a tape measure and plairs hanging on my paints... my big belly kept pushing my trousers down when I bent over, I had to keep pulling them up all day long because my belt didn't work. I have a nice pair of work suspenders from that place in mimi soda but the teeth on the clips chewed up the waist band of my pants and did the same to my belts when I clipped on them. So after a frustrating day trying to keep my pants up. I went on amazon's search for suspenders and got a boat load in the results but I narrowed it down to a couple of pair. Choose these just from the way they looked and how you described them. I have not regretted my choice... love them..! One thing I had to overcome was sometimes the back clips would come undone when driving the loader or my pickup. My fix was to shorted the ears on the back clips. Like I said "I love em" so do my follow workers they're not getting moon shot all the time... LOL

I am a professional finish carpenter, but a little on the smaller side for a man, 5'-8" and 190 lbs, so it is tough to find tool bag suspenders that can support the pouches but not slip off my shoulders when I stand in a "relaxed" position. When adjusted to their smallest/shortest position, these are very comfortable and do a great job. I was concerned that they did not have a sternum strap, but i have found that I have not needed it. I have not had them that long, but they are holding up well and I anticipate a reasonable life span for the cost and the work I do.

This was maybe meant from tool belts, but they are great used for holding up pants especially without danger of clips coming loose, and the comfortably shoulder pads.

I think its basically perfect for tradesman. I would have preferred belt loops be detachable with snaps. Much easier than threading belt through pant loops and suspender loops. You can buy leather loops that have snaps but they are not cheap.

I'm so glad that I got these. I forgot how much these actually help take the weight off your hips. Now that I'm getting older, I'm starting to feel things in places that I didn't before. Haha But since I've had these they have all went away. The only thing I wish was if the straps would stay in place. My gear helps for the most part. But it would be perfect if they didn't move at all. Either way a good investment, and good product.

Just love these , the padding over the shoulders are soft and comfortable , the 4 loops that go over your belt are plenty big enough to move over your belt no matter how wide your belt is. The clips that connect your suspenders are soooooo durable and strong I was actually surprised of the craftsmanship.Being a pipefitter I need well designed suspenders and these are just great.

Very heavy duty, will last for years. spot on for work trousers where a belt is uncomfortable when crouched to get into spaces or on knees a lot of time. Stops the builders smile from the backside aswell which keeps work colleagues happy. Might be cutting the shoulder pads of soon tho as they are a it bulky.
