Works but smell is strong.

Apparently, if the item purchased is sent back it actually goes back to Amazon warehouse and it may have been opened there. (to ensure it is the item purchased). Seller is giving me a refund & sending a new item. I will follow up after.First, it looked as if the box had been opened & returned then taped closed. The product looked clean, so I tried it.Thought it would help for my heel pain. Doc says it is a bone spur-I'm not really sure it is. Comes & goes. Put it on my clean barefoot and added a slipper as I worked in the kitchen on tile floors. The cross straps came off within a few minutes. tried it again the next day & the cross straps just didn't stay put. Haven't even pulled out the other from the box.Really was hoping it would help as I am going on a trip and will be doing a lot of walking. FAIL!

It just barely fits on my size 11.5 feet. I have a combination achilles bursitis and tendonitis on one foot. It's doing a pretty good job preventing further damage. It doesn't always stay put, so you have to readjust during the day. They also need to be cleaned every night. If they get oil from your skin on them, they won't adhere to each other, which is how they hand on to your feet. I'm glad to take them off at night, but it's really helping to fix my heel. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the closure isn't the best.I had a choice of going for heel cups or this contraption. I'm glad I chose this product. The heel cups wouldn't have come close to what I need.

I received the pads late yesterday and put them on right after I showered and I loved them. I had a few issues with the strap staying stuck but I played around with it and found the perfect placement and then it stayed stuck. After a bit, I put my socks on over them and went to sleep. When I woke up I took off my sock to put on lotion and the strap had broken on one of them 😢. The other one was still in tact and was not torn. I'm really bummed. I tried to find a way to email the seller on the Amazon website (per the box instructions) but the only option I am given is to return the item. The problem is that for the short time I've had them I felt they worked so all I would like is a replacement because a return will take longer. Hence the low star rating. Please help!UPDATE:The company reached out to me very fast and they responded to my issue quickly. I am VERY happy and pleased with the customer service I received. Great Job!

I work at a restaurant for 10 hours a day. I really needed a very good heel supporter badly so I bought 3 different kinds.I strongly recommend this product because this was the only one I didn't feel pain on my feet.One of the other 2 products I bought was full length insole and the other one was half length. The half length insole was better than the full length because with the full one I started feeling pain after 5 hours I started working but the half one, almost at the end of the day but I had pain on my pinky toes and big toes because wearing the thick insole lifted my feet so my feet touched shoes that they never did before.With this product, I love that it is silicone, I didn't feel pain even though the heel part looks way thinner than other products, it feels nice when you wear them, in fact I wanted to wear them at home, too!The most important thing is It does its job!!!

I can see that they would work well with the proper shoe. I'm not giving up on them.

I ordered this product instead of some of its competitors because of the adjustable strap. I have heel fat pad issues and the amount of cushion the silicone provides under the heel is perfect. I have a high arch and deep instep and the adjustable strap is just what I needed. It stays connected all day and doesn't add appreciable width to my foot. It works perfectly in tennis shoes or casual lace ups. It would be very visible worn in flats or pumps, so I would probably look for a different solution for those occasions I can't wear athletic shoes. I only have the issue on one foot and am able to wear just the one cup without issue. Very pleased with the purchase and would recommend to others.

Have been looking for a heel protector for ages to help heal the cracks! I’ve tried a few that were the ‘socks’ and one other that was a cutoff sock and I’ve had to return because they just don’t help or work.This one finally seems to be the best one I’ve found! Has helped heal the deep cracks in my heel. Easy to clean and use, love that I can rinse with water and air dry and they stick well after that!The tabs are the best part about it because I can make them as lose or as tight as I need.I have happy feet now and use these every night with a lavender salve! No mess and easy to clean.
