An excellent book which I would recommend being read in tandem with her collaborative editing effort with her husband, Jay Hopler, called "Before the Door of God" which consists of a profound collection of religious poems. Reading "Made Flesh" will submerge you into other worlds. Take your time with each page.Don't let her intellect intimidate you. "Boo! I'm more intelligent than you!"Not for the faint/feint of heart. It will give you a thousand ideas and journeys.
