Strong Magnet
I bought this to go fishing with and it works well. My kids thought I was crazy until I started to pull things out of the local lake, then they took over. It hasn't failed us yet and I hope it keeps on going strong. Use a strong rope and know how to tie a knot, if not you will lose your magnet. Just dry it off after each time so it prevents some rust. A light coat of oil will help as well. I haven't lost anything that I have hooked onto yet. It is fun, we have pulled up mostly junk, which we then throw in a trash can.
