Think Ink Pen & Fidg-a-ma-jig Gift Set

We originally received a defective pen. The clicker mechanism didn't work, it was missing the extra ink, and the metal balls did not stick to the Fidg-a-ma-jig. Strange. I contacted the company's customer service and they immediately sent a replacement with a pre-paid return envelope for the defective product. The new pen works, the extra ink was included, and the fidg-a-ma-jig has the magnetic properties as advertised. It's very strange that the original one had so many issues but the new one is perfect.

Fun fidget pen for myself as well as my 13 yr old son.

These were gifts for my nephews overseas 13 and 10 y/o. They used them for one week!! And these broke!! No way to get refund or even worst to bring back the pieces to return them!

This thing sucks the magnets do not work on the desk spinner so I contacted the company and I hope they will give me a new one plus I think this one is used

My son just received this yesterday and was playing with it and it now won’t work. Not very good quality for the price.
