It's ok...
Battery seems to work ok... takes forever to charge itself.. and forever to charge your phone but it does work... Don't be fooled by the sellers pics.. it is not that slim.. its about 2.5 ro 3 times the size of your phone... and its heavy. grip on the side is ok, battery itself gives no grip and can seem slippery. Offers zero protection to the front of your phone.. not in love with it, lets see how it performs. For the price I expected better. I might return it and search for something better...

Does not work
I would like to return the case it does not turn on by the power button unless if I am trying to charge the case even though it is fully charged so I would like to return it in a refund and then I'm going to buy a different case it's a lot cheaper than this this looks like a good product but really it's just a piece of junk a waste of almost $50 for nothing or nothing that is useful

Lovin this new power case!
I just LOVE this new battery case. It does add a bit of weight and bulk to the note 9 but it's worth the tradeoff for more battery power! Actually, with this battery case on, it feels even more comfortable in my hand because the note 9 feels so fragile without a case on. The camera is very recessed into the case so there's no way it could ever get scratched and the fingerprint reader is still easily accessible. Now, I can always have WIFI and GPS on and I never use power saving. Sometimes I need to recharge during the middle of the day if I use my phone non-stop but usually my phone lasts until midnight now with this new battery case. 5/5 stars for this great product!

Well is shows full charge yet my phone is at 13%I only had several daysOnly time I got it to work some what is if you charge it off the phone just doesn't work for me

Battery takes forever to charge
The battery case took forever to charge. It also took forever to keep my phone charged and it died before fully charging my phone. I returned the item.

Not what I would recommend.
So easy to remove that its fallen out multiple times and I cracked the back of my phone 😑🤬, also another use for it is a pocket warmer. Cause this thing gets hot af.

That it charges my phone.
It doesn’t charge the phone when connected to the case. I sent an email to Cellaria on Wednesday, 04/03/2019 at 10:08 PM. The Note 9 I received doesn’t fit tight in the case.
