Good one
It’s a good and quality one. But some of screws were slipped under the seat, those are not thight. Other than that it’s a good one. Value for money.

Good solid product - very useful !
Excellent product. Extremely convenient for elderly and persons with disabilities. Very sturdy and stable. We have used it for almost a year and are very satisfied. Good to see such products being made in India and that too of good quality.

Replacement of spare parts
After 10 months, one of the wheels has broken. The wheels are difficult to locate when replacement is required. No contact details of the vendor are given.

Really pathetic staff. I bought this wheelchair in Dec 2017
Really pathetic staff. I bought this wheelchair in Dec 2017. by Feb 2018 the wheelchair had a bent front wheel. I raised a complaint on Amazon on which there was no action. I followed up and sought either a replacement or an exchange to buy a new wheelchair. the really discourteous staff told me. "You can't expect any help from us. no exchange, no replacement. nothing." All this when I was absolutely calm and pleading to him to reconsider as I was actually planning to go in person and buy a new wheelchair come what may. But decided against it due to this interaction on phone. Really pathetic! you should put all he said in the product brochure.
