It would be better if the instructions were more explanatory with clearer step by step summary of what to do for the benefit of anyone such as myself who have not had a mobile phone before e.g why does it need two SIM cards when apparently one card is the usual? Would it work with only one card? How do you then operate it ? Instructions on a written sheet or booklet are much more accessible than trawling on the internet trying to find the relevant information.So many "gadgets" in the present day have minimal instructions with the assumption being that the the buyer knows it all without being told and this item falls into that category.

Ok, it’s cheap. But it’s terrible. The screen quality is so poor you can barely read it - it’s soo pixilated with a bad resolution.The tinpot speaker makes the ring tones sound like a slow agonising cat death rattle.It works, it does the job as a phone. But you’ll consider slamming it in the wall every time you use it.

The battery would not charge was so disappointing so had to send back after contacting seller

The product works and does the basics. What you want from a phone and at this price you don't expect a good high quality system. Build quality is good etc it is just the software. The menus are not obvious. Some features you can only get to when you first turn it on. It's just not obvious! It does work and I can't complain about that though

Most useless phone ever. Battery life of only an hour. Bought it for wife who is disabled for emergencies and now she's went back to her 12 year old Nokia. Stay clear of this product

The price show's, that the phone is small not that simple as u think. Hopeless phone I would not recommend it.

I have put money on the phone but still does not work, message says insert sim only 1 sim sent. xCannot get anything to work on phone. so waste of money

The top right "Back" button kept freezing, making this phone impossible to use. I had to return it for a refund. It was not the easiest phone to navigate and very difficult to press the individual buttons without pressing the wrongs ones. Very disappointing for a TT phone.
