Usually I don't expect any boost from vitamins or any other supplements, but this probiotic really surprised me. It boosted my energy level twice. I think I saw the effect on 5-7 day after I have started the package. And I feel very light, my digestion is more regular. I had a severe urinary infection and it's gone too;)

I decided to buy this product because I am prone to UTIs and BV and this probiotic is advertised to prompt urinary and vaginal health. Not long after treating my BV with antibiotics, I noticed my symptoms returning and thought I’d try this product. My symptoms did not improve. Now I’m just taking a basic feminine probiotic I bought from meijer and all my symptoms have subsided.

Love the product, the only drawback is that after opening the bottle, it has to be refrigerated. Since I travel a lot it is not the most convenient for me. But I will order it again.
