It's not advertised as washable, but it does wash off skin easily with soap and water and washes off hard surfaces as most washable paints do, but it does stain bright white items (stained a white food to-go container I used as their paint pallets, but I don't care). It's paint, so let the kids paint wearing clothes you don't care about and in an area you don't mind getting messy. I put my twins in the shower and taped up large coloring pages on the walls. Very easy clean.

A: There is an odor but it's not that strong of an odor.

A: It's matte.

**Q: Why does this come up as a fabric dye? Everywhere i look it doesnt say a dam thing about what it is for. Paper?**
A: It's not a fabric paint, it's for paper. The confusion may come from the "washable" description, meaning it washes out of clothing easily which is great for small children who get messy during art projects. 

Love all the vibrant colors. 2 yr old twins love it. Paint is non-toxic, thick for non spills, thick enough to be a finger paint, and goes a very long way. We will always buy these amazing washable paint from Prang. The paint has great coverage, the application is smooth, and the quality is very good. We love the squeeze bottles for easy dispensary on a paper plate that we can just throw away when we're done. I haven't counted the dry time, but I would say that it dries within the normal drying time frame depending on how thick layer of course. It's our go-to paint and we highly recommend it. They also have a guarantee promise, which for example is great for when the delivery isn't that great. I'll definitely check out their other products too.
