Works perfect, digests easy, mixes easy, no flavor so can be mixed with my intraworkout aminos or just juice or put in my protein shakes. No carb bloat or crash from spiked glucose, no GI discomfort that comes for me with many other carb sources. Only wish I could get a discount on more as its quite expensive. Well worth it and reordered still!

Ok but spikes blood sugar
I purchased this for my elderly father who has been struggling with energy for his early morning workouts. I was hoping it would give him an extra boost of energy with complex carbs to fuel the workout and recovery afterwards. He only tried it once, so no word on its performance in that regard, but he discontinued because of a MASSIVE spike in blood sugar. It was from 100 to 170 very rapidly, which I found odd but it might just be the wrong product for him since I see a "glycogen preload formula" which may translate to quick and dirty sugar to feed the muscles. Totally fine if you're about to his it hard and consume every gram of glucose in your blood, however, I don't think it's right for him.
