Shower came packed properly in a sturdy box and I could feel the shower was well built and of a sound quality. The unit was packaged in boxed polystyrene with all the chrome parts protected either in foam wrap or felt bags and all connections had plastic protector caps.Our old shower was industry standard 150mm standard, so replacing the valve assembly was easy. Remember to check the hot water feed is connected correctly to the side of the red dot. The rest of the fitting was straight forward and took about an hour. The instructions were a bit simple and could have more detail. Just two things, I had to use an 8mm drill for the plug. The size of the plug is not mentioned in the instructions. And also note that the vertical pipe is extendable. At first, I thought I had bought a shower for dwarfs, but after a bit of panic, realised I could extend to a proper height.The shower works fine at first try, no leaks and when the hand-shower is selected you can choose between shower and tap by turning the tap left to right and back.All in all, good product, seems good value for money and now I am off taking a rain shower.

I was sceptical at first, as I don't normally buy online but so far everything works as expected. I will update in a years time.

Waited a little while to post a review and am very happy so far.Only problems I had with the installation were nothing to do with the show, so thumbs up there.I paired the shower with a 2 bar Stuart Turner Showermate Standard Twin Shower Pump and it feels great.If I was being picky I found the indicators on the show controls hard to read with my old-fogey glasses and impossible to read when wet. But who really needs to read them more than once?Main mixer is absolutely solid and feels really well made, so lets hope it lasts.

Great shower system

I took a risk buying that shower set with an awesome tap solution. Look at this closely it is a really nice feature.It did not let me down its quality is outstanding, this shower set is really a bargain compared to equivalent sets in the UK. I have always believed in German-made stuff and this time I was right. Lucky me :)

This is an excellent shower. We had it professionally installed but it drips from above the rain shower head, despite being tightly fastened.
