Ergonomics good, finishing not great
I received the chair on time and it was easy to assemble. Ergonomically also it feels good.Strength has to be tested over time since it has been only one week of use. However finishing is just average since the manufacturer is not taking care of paint spillover on surfaces. Paint quality on metal parts is not good due to which I have rated this product 3 stars.

Back support is not proper.
The adjustable lumbar for back-support is only for show, it's not working properly at all, One more this is it's not assembled properly and not looking straight. I bought this chair only for back support and that only is not working so a waste of money.

Okayish but dust n dirt - bad warehouse maintenance and delivery
The packaging was torn, the seat had moisture and dust - I had to clean it. The seat cover at the bottom of the chair was having a clean cut.

In picture it looks good, but when arrived very unsatisfying. Finishing is too bad..

Poor show -- Rs. 500 refund.
Today I received computer chair but it was rubbish. I could not assemble it bcos of mfg. defect. Then I called carpenter , did some work and got the job done. When I contacted India service , they said I could not reimburse carpenter cost , u could hv rejected. First thing I want to understand what the hell quality inspection done before despatching goods to customers ? Why we have to do rework ? Can somebody answer ?
