Nuri Gravel is natural available river gravel sieved and clean of any dirt, mud or grime. It is dark brown to black in colour and is used as a substrate in planted aquariums. It can safely be used in cichlid and shrimp aquariums as well. Might contain traces of shells.

Not so clean.
Gravel substrate is good for planting. But it is not clean . It has mud and other dirt in it. When you add water it will turn the water to brown color. You may have to wash the substrate and clean it before using in tank. I have never seen substrates having such dust and dirt. Delivery was quick.
