HOMI CHEF Mirror Polished NICKEL FREE Stainless Steel 4.5 Quart Stock Pot with Glass Lid (No Toxic Non Stick Coating, 9.5 Inch)

I ordered this pot 9/2019 and unfortunately received a defective product as peeling (on bottom) started after only 4 uses. This provided an opportunity for Homi Chef's customer service to be tested. I contacted the company 1 month after my purchase with proof of damage, and they sent me a replacement free of charge without requiring the defective product to be sent back. The replacement has held up great over 3 years later. I'm very happy with this product and plan to purchase more of their stainless steel pots in different sizes.

The handles are very thin and hard to hold perhaps due to the fact it is nickel free. Otherwise it is a nice pot.

Needed a replacement for a non-stick 5 quart pan and purchased this. Metal is much lighter than in standard pots, but not to the point that it is flimsy and cheap. Edges are a little sharp for which I deducted a point. Have used 20-30 times and no sticking on anything.

I love this stockpot! The 4.5 qt size was the perfect addition to my kitchen and the quality and workmanship is awesome at a very reasonable price point. The glass lid fits well and has never over boils. The handles are well proportioned and the balance is close to perfect. The handles also don't get hot when the pot is used on the stove top. The design also pours well with no excess spillage.While I don't have any allergies to nickel, I really like the idea of reduced toxicity in my cookware, especially when foods are being boiled for extended periods. I trust the Homi Chef brand as I have several other models in this series. I highly recommend this stockpot as well as the entire Homi nickel-free line, especially compared to big-box offerings at the same price point. 5 stars!!!

I purchased this pot for my mom. The pot that I received was bigger than what my mom expected. Lawrence from customer service was kind enough to replace the pot with a smaller pot without any questions. I needed a bigger pot during Thanksgiving and I decided to use the pot I purchased for my mom. I love this pot. It is easy to clean, provides adequate space to cook large portions of food and cooks efficiently. I will buy products from Homi Chef again. Their customer service is the best and I wish everyone offered the same type of customer service. 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the customer service.

Great value! Great size! Love that it's nickel free. Glad it's a bit lighter than some pans so it's not too heavy to lift, yet sturdy enough to be strong. It does a great job on stove top and oven in cooking a whole chicken or cooking soup! I am grateful for the 21/0 nickel free cooking surface, tri ply bottom for even cooking. Great customer service which makes it so much easier to obtain needed information and find out about your product. Not so with Calphalon!

This pot is a good size and of great quality but unfortunately the handles are awful. Very sharp and uncomfortable to hold, especially while washing it.

This is a beautiful piece of cookware to add to your kitchen! Handy 4.5 qt. size means plenty of room for Sunday dinner — spaghetti... stews... soups — everything looks better in this pot! The double handles stay cool (big plus!) and very easy to keep an eye on things with the glass lid... I really enjoyed cooking with this pot... it’s quality construction means it heats more evenly and you have a ‘natural’ non-stick coating without the dangers of traditional nonstick cookware. I highly recommend this awesome piece of cookery! 👍👍👍
