Nice tool and works just fine for light food cutting and chopping. Not made for a heavy work load since the blade is rather light gauge and slightly flimsy but works fine once you get the feel.

Just the right size and feel.
Nice size and good feel. The Mezzaluna is a new tool for us so we did research before ordering. We're pleased with our choice and now simply need time to get the feel and rhythm. Looking forward to the experience.

Another Great Kitchen Gadget to Add to My Collection
I love kitchen gadgets and this mezzaluna is now one of my favorites. I wish it had a cover because the blade is very sharp and you could accidentally cut yourself. Other than that, it's a great tool.

I was extremely disappointed in this mezzaluna
I was extremely disappointed in this mezzaluna. Even though there are two bolts or screws holding each handle onto the blade, both handles were somewhat loose and jiggled when touched. This is NOT what you want to see in a product that has a blade as sharp as this one is. Those handles should NEVER move, even the slightest bit. I returned it as the quality is sub-par.
