Love it! Reliable and hard working!! Does what it says. Have had several other well known makes, that have jammed up and over heated after short use, and finally broken down within the year, this one is still working really well, thought the bin looked a bit flimsy it’s not. Has worked hard been easily moved, shredded cards and multiple sheets of paper at the same time and is still going strong.

The product is easy to assemble and the fact it comes with wheels makes it easy to manoeuvre, which is good as they can be quite bulky and heavy to move. So tested it with the maximum eight sheets and does what it's meant to no problems! The paper is shredded into lots of bits which definitely reassures me when getting rid of personal and sensitive documents, into a pull-out container which makes it great for easy disposal. The bonus is we use the shredded paper for pet gerbil bedding so it's recycled!The reason why it was given four stars was because when pulling the container out of the bottom it got a bit messy with bits still stuck in the shredder but it is definitely a good product to have.

This is a brilliant piece of kit. The last one I had just died a death so went searching for one to replace it with. This is so convenient with having the wheels on it. It's so much quieter than the one I had before. And it's co considerably safer too because you don't have to remove the blades to empty the tub - it has a convenient pull out bin. A little bit more expensive than others on the market but it does cut every which way instead of just straight lines. Theres a handy second cutting compartment for CDs and bank cards etc. I highly recommend it for household use - you'd probably need a bigger one if it's for business use.

The shredder seemed great to use when first purchased but after a few dozen sheets being fed with a max of 5 sheets at a time it keeps jamming. Now every few sheets I’m constantly having to unblock as the paper is not cutting properly and strings of paper are wrapping around the cutter. Definitely would not recommend.

It jammed on the first and second night. Do not put any more than two pieces of paper through at one time and reverse every three, this seems to keep it going.

My other shredder just stopped working due to overuse. This one is superb and cuts more paper at a time. It’s not as noisy. It’s easy to assembly and has wheels which is handy

I purchased this as I want to recycle all my paper products but obviously don’t want my bank statements and personal letters to be in the recycling bin. I spent some time readingThe reviews of shredders on Amazon before I settled on this model. It has apparently won an award in Germany so that was good enough for me and I liked the idea of the automatic start.It’s quite a large shredder and it was very easy to fit the wheels and assemble the unit. I couldn’t wait to start shredding and was v impressed with the speed and the volume it could take.I will do what another reviewer suggested and put the shreddings into the compost bin.I haven’t got any CD’s to shred but will use the CD shredder for old bank cards etc.

The media could not be loaded. I think the shredding is straight-cut and not cross- cut. Cross cut would not reveal the letters. Please confirm after looking at image.
