I'm currently studying plant-based nutrition and have been vegan for 4 and a half years. I've been using this product for the past 5 months and I absolutely love it! The best vegan iron sources are soybeans, lentils, spinach, sesame seeds, garbanzo beans, lima beans, olives, navy beans, Swiss chard, kidney beans, and enriched bread and cereals.However, non-heme iron (from plants) is less well absorbed than heme iron (from animal products), which means that taking a supplement is probably a good idea. My daughter has a couple of auto immune diseases and along with that she's always anemic and her hemoglobin is low. We discovered that she had allergies to iron when the doctors tried to give her an iron infusion. We then tried many different brands of pills and forms of iron. She was allergic to all of them. Blood transfusions work of course but that's not ideal. I use Gloriously Vegan because I'm trying to eat vegan and had my daughter try them; and she didn't have any allergic reactions. Under the doctors care it was decided she needs 3 pills a day to maintain her blood counts. It's been six months no allergies and no side effects. Everyone is thrilled.

Received my third bottle a few days ago, all the pills are brown and I’m not sure they are safe to take now.. Previously all pills were bright white...😢Love that this is a once a day tablet.. Easy to swallow and provides the essential iron we all need . Received this on Saturday and have been taking daily.. Can tell a gigantic difference in the way I feel.. SUPER easy to swallow. Tasteless if you don’t chew it of course. My bloodwork results were proof enough for me! this one is the REAL DEAL. My iron is typically low and this works well for me. I Highly recommend this.

Had been suffering from the chills at work. Was taking slow release elemental iron off the shelf from Wal-Mart and not really seeing any improvement. After taking this iron fumerate a few weeks the change was obvious. Always been cold natured and like the thermostat set at 75 degrees. Now that setting burns me up. Can now go outside in 55 degree weather without a jacket and feel ok. Would definitely recommend this supplement.
