Welding Sleeves, Leather, Golden Brown, 18", Elastic Cuff, Heat Resistant

They're really short. I'm only 5'7" and they were too short for me. Leather is soft and flexible. Elastic to hold them up didnt seem very tight. I chose to return them.

The Perfect Solution For Pruning Palm TreesI'm using the sleeves to protect my arms from the sharp needle like thorns when I'm pruning our palm trees. The leather sleeves are absolutely dynamite for this application. I was concerned when I read some comments regarding the sleeves being too tight or small. On the contrary, I found them to fit perfectly. I'm 5'10" and medium build.

im far from a big guy but these start to dig into my biceps a bit when worn for a long time. other than that great sleeves with excellent protection from those horrible little spatter BB's from hell. wore them at my steel fab job for a while and theyre still holding strong with only slight damage to the stitching around the wrist elastic.

These sleeves were Just big enough for me, @ 5-10" 215#, but they seem to be just fine for welding, in combination with Lincoln Electric arc-welding gloves. Actually, they're nice and snug, which is better than falling-off loose. The elastic seems fine so far. Wife would like these also, for yard trimming...

Just what I needed a lot more inexpensive than in stores

My husband and friends weld the big stuff and a factory, they needed great quality stuff to protect them and on our budgets. So, putting our money together I was able to purchase a few of these sleeves and they are a huge hit.

I did not buy these for welding. I purchased them for cutting limbs and running them through a chipper. My arms would be scratched very bad. Now that I have these sleaves I don't have any problems with scratched arms. Great product.

Purchased to use to prevent bird and pinches from kids at work. Send to work, I will update after I get punched out bitten. So far has been a deterrent
