They do not tell you how u have to apply the formula which is absolutely impossible of you work and have a life. Customer service is terrible. They will not let you talk to a manager there is never anyone available to talk. DONT DO IT!!!

Made my hair gummy and thinner after 2 months use. I am worried it will not be back to normal.
