Lights did not stay on once mounted to the bike. Each bump made them turn off. Almost like the battery was lose or something. You get what you pay for. They are very bright when they work and very easy to install.

I bought two sets of these for nighttime visibility. They were the same price for a set of two as some that looked identical but came individually, which seemed like a good deal. Well. Out of the four I purchased, none of them worked as expected, and one broke within 24 hours. Both sets shut off after a certain amount of time, about five minutes--what's the point of that? We had to stop riding periodically to turn our lights back on, which is frankly ridiculous. And since both sets did it, I have to assume it's a built-in "feature," although I can't imagine why you would WANT that. Even worse, one of the ones in my boyfriend's set just wouldn't turn back on by the end of the night. Oh, and the instructions say they take AA batteries, but the battery compartment is literally exactly the same size as one AA. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out if I was really supposed to jam one in there, but it would've been so tight that the battery label would've peeled off in the process, and I didn't feel great about that. I used AAAs instead, which worked and fit comfortably, but that made me really suspicious. I don't think that had anything to do with the issue of them turning off after five minutes, though--they would all turn off at the same time, in the sequence in which we turned them on. These are just really crappy quality, and I should've paid a little more for lights that would've worked a little better.They get two stars rather than one because they were easy to install, stayed in place, and look exactly as advertised. If they had actually worked *as lights*, I'd have been pleased with my purchase.

Terrible product. Cheap material. The batteries don't fit because the plastic is cast incorrectly. Simply terrible.

Only one of my lights worked when I opened them so I contacted Seller and they were very easy to work with and helped me every step of the way. It was like 1980's customer support all the way through. Way to go guys, really impressed with your service and product is still going strong after months (and I live at the beach where everything rusts). Takes about 10 minutes each to string them up. The threaded end of the plastic battery pack is the weakest part and probably not waterproof so put it towards inner hub when assembling. I would do business with High Energy Enterprises any day.

These lights were easy to apply and they look great.
