Midnight In Paris [ Blu-ray]

This is a truly brilliant, unique film. Incredibly well cast and the story is simply lovely and interesting, very inspiring for a writer. I would highly recommend this and it is wonderful to find it on Blu-Ray because it is worth it!

Great improvement in picture quality over the DVD, especially in the night scenes. The default language setting is French so to watch in English simply select original language and no subtitles in the menu. There are no English subtitles for people with a hearing impairment. This should come as no surprise as this is a French release. The film itself is excellent and one of Woody Allen's very best.

A film worth watching. Normally, Owen Wilson is not my favorite but he's actually very good in this one. His travel back in time to the Paris with Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald and so many others is fascinating - At least I would like to have joined him.

The Australian blu-ray is currently the only region B version which has English subtitles. All of the European releases (German, Italian & French) do not have English subs. As it's not available on blu-ray in the U.K. and the US is region A locked, the Aussie is the one to buy. Great transfer of a superb movie!

a cracking piece of silent movie romance and drama etc,the battle scenes are quite good for the time another goodexample of how well film making was developing duringthe 1920s so it's well worth a look.

This Dvd is very bad. The images are confused and indefinite. The Dvd is a copy from old VHS. I have seen only 15 minute and after I have throwed away. .
