I was a using the TWS version. They worked excellent with my mp3 players and was impressed enough to order a set of the upgraded RWS type. They perform as advertised, even connect and operate my dinosaur age smartphone where the TWS version can't. I purchased a second pair of RWS buds that had connection problems. Elaine from customer support was very pleasant and resolved the issue quickly.On a full charge the battery life is awesome, the earbuds last through a 12 hr work shift no problem. The only issue is that if you accidentally press a button while your removing from the charging case or inserting into your ear, the ear buds lose their pairing to each other. They are unforgiving, I think that’s what happened on my second set. There needs to be a factory reset procedure for pairing the buds back to each other. if there is one, I would like to know about it.They are the most comfortable ear buds I have ever used and I wear them without the ear tips. They are low profile and do not fall out while running or performing strenuous work. I’ve been using them every day for about a month now and they still work and sound great.

I waited a while to see if maybe I could get these to work; tried charging to full, connecting to WiFi, and even tried them with a brand new phone along the way. No matter what I did, the left ear bud would always either completely give out or switch on and off throughout use. I was really hoping these would be my gym ear buds to avoid all the wires and they would’ve been perfect if they worked, they totally stay in your ear. Bought them because a buddy has a pair of identical ear buds but in white and he loves them. Disappointed.

I have had these for over a month and between myself, and my IT tech friend, we cannot get BOTH earbuds to pair simultaneously. Works great for phone calls, but listening to music while working out is proving to be very annoying. The online instructions are not helpful at all. They are comfortable and look great, but I really wish they actually paired properly.

Only 1 earbud worked and no one could hear me when using as a bluetooth.. sound wasn't good for listening to music either. I returned. Not a good purchase. Look elsewhere.

El tamaño es muy pequeño por lo tanto es muy cómodo en un minuto te olvidas que lo traes puesto el diseño pues se podría mejorar pero tampoco es que sea feo la batería es asombrosa para el tamaño que tienen he logrado casi 8 horas de uso continuo a un 40 %de volumen aparte su caja de transporte que a la vez es su cargador e incluye una pequeña batería dentro no se que mas se le puede pedir, si los usas de manera adecuada obtendrás un sonido de calidad con bajos bastante fuertes y agudos que no lastimen tu oído un volumen bastante alto lo cual sorprende por su tamaño una autonomía de la batería exageradamente alta y lo único que se le podría reprochar es que no tenga resistencia al agua de lo demás estos son los audífonos bluetooth con mejor audio de acuerdo a la relación calidad precio que he probado son cómodos son pequeños son portátiles la batería dura exageradamente Dependiendo el volumen del audio fáciles de emparejar conexión rápida y a un precio inigualable Me encantaría que fuesen a prueba de agua pero por lo demás están excelentes espero con ansias que que la compañía que los fábrica sacarse otra versión que fuesen a prueba de agua con un diseño más llamativo pero manteniendo exactamente las especificaciones que hasta ahora lo hacen incomparables

What the point in having two headphones is you can’t use them together

Very great headphone pair with surprisingly good sound quality and portable design with a nice charging case. Like the rubber pieces that come with the headphone and very comfortable to put in the ear compared to other wireless headphones I've used in the past.
