I started taking fiber to lower my cholesterol, at first I was using powdered fiber that has to be dissolved in liquid before being consumed. That turned out to be hassle, the glass used to make the mixture often had to have extra effort put forth to clean it, and the flavor and texture is not bad, but not pleasant either. I take many medications that interfere with my appetite and with my body running smoothly. After trying other fiber methods I found these at a store and decided to try them. They provide me with the fiber my body needs, but hasn't been getting. They help it run smoothly and regularly without a ton of painful gas! These are a better deal than the store prices as well. I wasn't having digestive problems, just started taking these for general health purposes. These have been great! By comparison to how I was before, everything moves even more smoothly and naturally. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is either having digestive issues, or would just like to get more fiber in their diet in a comfortable, natural way.

Use them regularly. They work great.

My wife has just completed the two bottles she bought as a trial and is now reordering. She has IBS and the 5 capsules a day that she takes have done a good job for her. Previously she used Metamucil, but this is equally effective at a better price.

Bought these as daily supplement. I take 2/day, which is less than instructions - but work fine for me.They work just as well as name brand w/much lower price.Highly recommend!
