I have started using reishi teas for their immune health benefits. Ganoherb's video of their production means is worth watching. The tea is not as strong as I expected, but it is flavorful, mushroomy, and soothing in a way that "blended" mushroom teas are not so much for me, perhaps because the blends often have spearmint leaf, lemongrass, rooibos, ginger root, or other ingredients that I found to overwhelm the delicate mushroom taste. I like the purity of Ganoherb, that it's JUST Reishi and nothing more. I like how my stomach feels calmed after I sip a cup. I like that a single tea bag can be used twice. For me, it works best to put a lid on my tea cup while the bag steeps. I will be buying more. It is the best reishi mushroom tea I have found so far.

I don’t know if it’s gonna do something in my body…my Doctor checked my blood and my results are the same… still have high blood pressure and I’m dieting too…so I think it’s a riff off… just buy a green tea at least it works for dieting…

I like that is in bags but I didn't get any taste to it, an a way it good cause you can add anything to get flavor you prefer

Received a couple of tea bags of this from a friend. This reishi green tea is a little more astringent than regular green tea because of the reishi. As a big fan of the mega mushroom, after finishing my samplers, decided to get more. I’ve also got the reishi black tea, taste-wise the black tea is better. So far very happy with my purchase.
