Wow! I am a huge TRUWOMEN fan, and love all of their original flavors. I have been addicted to their glazed donut bar for a while now, but this is definitely my new favorite. Perfect combo of chocolate and subtle almond flavor, sprinkled with sea salt on top. How can these be Vegan, GF, Non-GMO, and more??? Will be ordering another box soon!

I ordered the variety pack and overall I’m very impressed. I eat a lot of protein bars and these are really good.Normally I’m a big fan of anything lemon but the lemon is truly awful.Normally I’d never eat anything with donut flavor because I stopped eating garbage decades ago but I have to agree with all the other reviewers that the donut flavor is quite good.Cookie dough is another i’d not have tried because it sounds too sweet but it tasted good. Definitely treat like.Haven’t tried the smother fudger yet but that’s going to be fine I have no doubt.Dreading having to work through the last 2 lemons but as expensive as these are I will be eating them. LolUpdate: as I work my way thru the other lemons I have to add the “truly awful” might be a bit harsh. Still not great but better. Now all the bars are starting to taste similar so I may not be a good judge. Lol The cookie dough has huge hunks of chocolate chips in places which taste good but it’s a lot of chocolate and I try to avoid that.

Seriously, these bars are surprisingly tasty for being lower in real sugar compared to other bars. I like the simple ingredients and size of the bar. I just want a quick snack shortly after a workout and these do well.By far, the donut flavor is the best followed by the chocolate peanut butter, lemon and cookie dough. Normally cookie dough is my favorite but these have a kind of chemically taste and that’s why it’s last.I’m so going to order more of the donut flavor like that frosting on the outside is so good! No lie, I licked the inner wrapper! haha

I am in love with this bar! It has everything I want in a bar, nothing I don't want, and AMAZING TASTE! I was attracted by the simple ingredients and the fact that it is dairy free, soy free, gluten free and GMO free then shocked that it actually tasted like lemon cake! So good in fact that I licked the "frosting" off the wrapper.

Already ordered and received a second box! Delicious, quite filling, contains nothing harmful. Nice balance of salt and sweet. Only small problem is that the chocolate melts on my fingers. If I refrigerate it, the chocolate breaks off in pieces. Mildly annoying, but not enough to keep me from reordering.

These bars are delicious! I also appreciate the fact they are certified vegan, as I have been living a vegan lifestyle myself for 2 years now. Of the 4 flavors I've tried so far, Red Velvet Ready and Orange Cream are my favorites. The orange one even smells like fresh oranges! They kind of remind me of PowerBar, but taste much better. I like the soft, chewy texture with the glazed outside. Plus, with around 200 calories and 12 grams of protein per bar they are great for a fast working lunch or snack.Thank you, TRUWOMEN! I bought all 4 flavors because I couldn’t decide ha! My fiancé and I were so excited to try them, but unfortunately to my surprise, I only like the donut flavor, hence the 3 star review. The lemon one didn’t taste very lemony to me, the pb in the pb fudge one tasted a bit funky to me, and the cookie dough didn’t taste like cookie dough or the type of chocolate I was expecting. I’m super bummed about that, especially given the rave reviews and higher price point vs similar bars. Maybe I got a defective batch or something, or maybe it’s just my palet. Usually I’m not too picky though. I’ll def order the donut flavor again at least! I’m putting these in a gift basket for a friend because the packaging is cute and maybe she’ll find the flavors yummy like the other reviewers.

I was introduced to these protein bars in sample form over a year ago, since then I have ordered several boxes. The Zesty Lemon is my favorite. It has great lemon flavor and has 'icing'. I've eaten them at the movies when the urge to snack is strong. The Saltylicious Amond is second best (that I've tried) I love chocolate and salt and these hit the spot better than eating a fist full of candy. Cookie Dough is ok, it's more dough than anything else. I think they put one or two chocolate bits each bar. There must be someone standing at the end of the line putting them in because it's always at the bottom of the bar. Overall it's good because it has a chocolate-ish coating. My least favorite was the Smother Fudger Peanut Butter, maybe I got a bad batch but some of them were rock hard on the ends. It made it difficult for eating but since I paid around $30 for a box of 12 you better believe I got them all down (ok, maybe there is still one in the cupboard). None of the other flavors have intrigued me enough to buying them, not a huge fan of donuts and orange cream I am wary of.These bars have a chewy consistency and they are not candy bars. Anyone trying them and thinking that's what it will be like, will be highly disappointed. I've tried other brands that claim to be healthy, with protein and delicious, but honestly these are the best I have found.
