this vest fits snug to your body when you do your exercises and mine came with 80 pounds that it's nice that it doesn't bounce all around. BE SURE TO GET THE VEST WITH THE PADS or you will have to buy them extra like i did. why do they even sell it without the pads?

Fits Comfortable - Quality Material
I have used the vest on a stairmaster and it works well. The weight isn't meant for running and is not as snug fitting as a lighter vest. If you want a crossfit vest I would look for a lighter weight (20lb or less). The 40lb is a good vest for slower activities and light cardio.

140IB Received exact. Weights prone to chip a bit
All the weight promised arrived. However, the iron weights did leave some pieces around while I counted. That is to be expected from iron weights though
