Best best best fiber and prebiotic supplements I have ever found. It is completely colorless, odorless, and tasteless. If you know it’s in something, and you look for it, you may notice a slight thickening if the drink; but only if you know!I recommend this to ANYBODY who even thinks they might benefit from this. You will and you won’t be disappointed. It does the job without a cramp or a ‘gotta run’ feeling. Our whole family has used this at different times, both kids and adults alike.I cannot sneak anything by my 10 year old, down to brand of milk, but I can add this to his drink and he doesn’t know! It is the absolute best product out there of this type.
