Failed after 5 months
Happy so far after a couple of months. Runs every app I want. Reasonable battery life of 2 days heavy use. A third of the price of a Samsung of same size. Been dropped in a pool and fine. Been dropped on concrete a couple of times no problem. Camera is OK. System is not the fastest but not slowest either. Ticks all the boxes I need. 5 months in and the unit has now frozen and wont restart. I get the Blackview logo then a buzz then black screen then it tries again.

Very slow and clunky - avoid....
I bought this phone in March 2018 as wanted a rugged waterproof one as use mine outside a lot when cycling or hill walking for navigation apps. It is waterproof and rugged (survived a bad drop from my bike onto the road), however I found the phone very slow for even basic apps such as google maps and search. There's an irritating "lag" whenever you're typing or using any apps. Google Voice search also lags badly and the camera is quite poor too. I cannot understand why so many people have given it a good review (my 5 year old Sony z3 compact ran faster than this one!). I've sold it on ebay and have now bought a CAT S41 from music magpie, more expensive but much better rugged phone in my opinion. I do not recommend this phone.

Roaming Mobile Network doesn’t work
Great phone as I work outside and have dropped it a few times oops!!Downside I still can’t get my mobile network when roaming is turned on, have tried to reset factory settings a few times and still no join. Not good when I need use my phone for work and unable to access my emails until I get home

Caame with UK plug so im pleased. Works great and better than i thought. Does the job for work for sure. Dipped into water and phones fine lol
