There are certain features which you must test and learn and then decide what suits you best. For example, when you use it in the tablet mode, there is a slight glitch you might face and the screen feels like hanging in the air without much support from the linkage, which is infact true. A remedy for this that I've been using is with the help of a foam or sponge or a bubble wrap(like the one you get when you order specific products from Amazon itself). That works for me perfectly fine.Next thing which might concern you is will Pentium N4200 works fine enough or not..? - The Processor has a clock speed of 1.1 GHz, which one might think is quite less to put your trust on, but if you know what will you do on your laptop exactly and it's purpose is limited to a certain extent only, you won't face any problems and it works very smoothly.So, do go for it if you want a portable device good enough for fast and comfortable browsing, media usage and professional stuffs. I guess it's one the best in this price range.

Updates 17 april 19,1. In win10, we can change the behaviour of power button. I disabled it to do nothing, if pressed while windows is running2. Thin plastic film over screen is definitely coming off, i hope this is just a protective lamination and has no impact on functionality.3. Still maintaining the rating given earlier - laptop working smoothly with excellent battery backup. Tip - use microsoft edge instead of Chrome for super battery life.Review after one month of use (PS - my other laptop is ThinkPad - i7, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD):1. The body just looks stunning, the hinges are strong. I did not like the champagne color.2. The screen is excellent, however, there is glare issue when using in sunlight or light sources facing the screen. Touch screen works fine.3. Processor, RAM, and Integrated graphics are more than enough for handling day to day tasks. Once you tweak your win10 to maximum performance, the whole laptop is blazing fast (tweaking BIOS settings, visual effects, virtual memory etc, startup programmes etc). Given that it has SSD instead of HDD, the bootup time is very fast.4. The touchpad is basic, not the best. However, it works just fine. People will get used to it5. Storage space is less after all the windows updates and basic software installation (office, pdf, VLC and all). Theoretically there is provision to expand storage through M2 2242 SSD, however, I don't see M2 2242 SSD options available in the market. Guess, people will have to rely on SD cards (which is slower) to expand storage6. The biggest benefit is in terms of a licensed copy of windows10, saves a lot of effort to get an OS on the machine7. Battery life is good (at least as of now), charging takes more time than usual laptops.Issues that I faced:1. The power button is awkwardly paced - gets pressed randomly and the laptop goes to sleep2. Sometimes speakers start making a strange weird noise when it hangs or becomes unresponsive (happened twice)3. To me, it feels like the screen of the laptop is heavier than the base,4. There is a plastic film coated over the screen, which I think will come off very soon

Wanted to upgrade from my 7 years old celeron powered laptop. My work is related to chrome and excel only.Considerations for buying:1. 14 inch screen max. Though, I prefer 13.3 inch.2. Prefer to have 5 hour battery life. 3 hour would be a compromise.3. Laptop should not have any lag when working on excel, or more importantly when chrome has 25 tabs open.4. Windows 10 pre-installed a must.The minimum amount for these points was 26-27K with 14 inch screen. Old school HDD. The most ideal laptop for me was AER3. But the brand credibility, low capacity memory, and N4200 processor kept me in doubt. Finally ordered the laptop.Received delivery. Highly skeptical. But surprise....it is working perfectly fine. I don't save movies or songs. So memory not a problem. Speed is perfect for my need till now. Not even iota of lag. Touchscreen and tablet mode works perfectly fine. Looks wise it is ALMOST as good as macbook air.CONS:1. Keys are slightly loose. But ignorable.2. Left side of space bar is soft to press. Ignorable after 3 days. Was an inconvenience initially.3. Blacks of screen is not so good. Can live with it though4. USB and micro HDMI ports are shady. Devices which fit perfectly on my HP laptop are difficult to insert in this laptop. Without taking further risk of spoiling these ports, I am ordering a USB-C hub.5. Though M.2 memory slot is a pleasant add-on, but 42mm size restriction is harassment. Super expensive as compared to 80mm memory.6. As pointed out by other reviewers, biggest design flaw of this laptop is power button on the side. You end up pressing it by mistake at least once a day.Overall, if you need to stay on your laptop for full day, but dont need to run any heavy games or softwares (like video editing tools etc), this laptop can be bought. Its as good as working on a 70K premium laptop. I am planning to buy 2 more laptops for my office.BUT BUT BUT...I still dont know how good will be i-Ball's after sales be. I am doubtful that it even exists. But I am OK if this laptop works for 2 years also.VERY HIGH VALUE FOR MONEY. Go for it!!!Edit 1: (25-Mar-19): First day of extensive use of touchscreen, and it is majorly scratched. Slight touch fingernails caused a lot of permanent scratches.Edit 2: (27-Mar-19): Sometimes, keys don't register the key press. Happens 5-7 times in a day. At max, one letter gets skipped. But it is irritating.Edit 3 (30-Apr-19): When lid is closed, keys touch the screen. So laptop won't enter sleep, and keys will scratch the screen. My screen is scratched beyond repair. If you don't lock windows before putting down the lid, random keystrokes will happen.Also, when I connect and disconnect a usb keyboard, the laptop keyboard NumLk gets enabled, which changes a lot of keys functions. weird.Edit 3 (8-Apr-19): Baterry life is around 5 hours. Laptop slowed down a lot after latest Windows 10 update. Cursed myself for buying N4200. Then, I tinkered with Windows visual settings. Shifted Slimjet browser from Chrome. Laptop is smooth again :)

After using 5 days myLikes : full metal body slim formfactor loaded with all the features ports eg c type port touch screen full hd 1080p bright screen etc. Laptop screen and back panel already installed with protector from company. Great machine for normal useDislike: In my case dont like the power button placement, bluetooth connection issue with my speakers keyboard font/ prints is not visible. Sound quality is not as expected.
