Botanic Choice Apple Cider Vinegar 500mg, 180 Capsules

I'm past middle-age, and my blood sugar has started to creep up into the diabetic range. I've run across a few articles which cite at least one legitimate clinical study showing that taking ACV (apple cider vinegar) before meals, can be about as effective for controlling blood sugar as some of the prescription oral medications. My fasting blood sugar was in the 130 - 160 range, and after using the ACV regimen, I got down below 100, which is in the normal range. As a side benefit, my cholesterol readings were dramatically better as well. I did experience weight loss too, but at least some of that I would attribute to eating a little less in a deliberate effort to lose a few pounds. When at home, I use the real thing, organic raw bottled ACV which I dilute with water and drink before meals. The Botanic Choice ACV tablets are always with me in a small pill holder on my key chain. I use the pills when I'm at restaurants, or anyplace where it is impractical to consume liquid ACV. The Botanic Choice ACV tablets are gel-caps, and I find them to be much easier to swallow than some of the other brands.One more thing I need to address, is the warning sticker on the bottle. We folks who live in California are used to this ubiquitous label on just about everything we buy, especially items which contain plastics. New cars for instance have the warning sticker right in the middle of the drivers side window. My guess is that in the case of Botanic Choice ACV, the warning pertains to the container, not the pills. Check with the company if you are really concerned. Anyway, the vendor is forced to include the label, simply to be in compliance with California state law. This is just one of many shining examples of why California legislators are becoming the laughing stock of the whole nation.If you are going to start an ACV regimen, check with your doctor, especially if you are already taking medication for diabetes.

I chose this product because rinsing one's hair with vinegar was supposed to be good for one's psoriasis. Therefore, I surmised that taking it orally might also help my psoriasis. I honestly don't know if it is helping or not.

No stars for this product gave me raging DIARRHEA every day I took them. If you want a weight loss program that's gonna give you the s***s this is the product for you.

There is a warning sticker located on the bottom of the bottle which indicates that the product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

No as good as solaray

I started drinking apple cider vinegar last year when my niece said it had really beneficial effects, gave you more energy, and just plain made you feel better. I had my hubby drinking the apple cider vinegar for awhile, but he stopped because it was bothering his sensitive teeth and gums. So I found this item that came in a capsule and now we both take it (I also still drink the apple cider vinegar too). I'm sure the capsules aren't as good as the real thing, but at least I feel he's getting some benefit.

This product actually worked great for me. On top of being high quality it helped me lose weight, just like I was hoping for. I called about the warning label on the bottle and they said that they are mandated to put this on all of the bottles when sent to Amazon. This does not neccessarily mean it's true. The person who wrote the first review should have called and asked before writing the review. Can't beat the price here!
