多読リストから選びましたが、イラストが可愛くて可愛くて…お話の筋も楽しいです。大きな猫ちゃんなのに怖いものばかりで…ねずみも怖い。でも…という感じです。自分で暗記するくらいの音読の練習にもなりますし、子供に読み聞かせもできます。英語をそのまま読んだり、日本語にしたりして…ぜひ子供に見せたい一冊です。

世の中こわいものだらけの猫、タイガーが、あることがきっかけで勇敢な猫に変身します。英文は平易で、英語習いたての中一生でも少しの手助けで読めました。

I have a Kindergartener daughter and a 3 year old son. Both of them LOVE this book. I love that the story is actually cute for an early reader and the fact that my daughter can read it and my son can follow along. So many early readers are painful for adults and don't have a decent storyline, but Tiger is a Scaredy Cat is one that doesn't make me want to rip my hair out after having to read or listening to someone else read it 100 times. The pictures follow the story nicely, which helps the little ones who are learning to read. I highly recommend this one!

The book was in excellent condition. My son had a book day at school & brought this one. It's a good price & good for practicing first grade reading.

Exactly what I wasLooking for! Came in perfect condition. I was so happy to be able to find this book, for my daughter. It was my fave when I learned how to read as a kid, & wanted her to have it too!
