I bought these slippers for my granddaughter's birthday. It took more than a month to receive them and they were smaller than normal. After my 1-star review, the company contacted me and sent a larger second pair. I changed my review to 3 stars because of the good customer service I received in rectifying the situation. My granddaughter tried the second pair and stated the product is poorly made and should not receive more than a 3-star, average rating. If you buy these slippers, order at least one size larger!

THESE ARE SO COMFY. It's seriously like walking on cotton candy, and I've worn them every day for most of the day for about a month now. I love these. They've held up great so far, and for the price I'm very impressed. A tad too big for my feet (usually wear a size 9 in women's shoes), but I actually kind of like the extra padding and I imagine the size smaller would've been too small. Very soft and wonderful and cushion my feet - will definitely buy again when I finally wear these ones down!

Very cute. Good quality, nice and fluffy, soft, but purchased 2 pairs to get correct size and still missed it. If you have a wide foot, I would recommend getting 2 sizes larger. I wear a 6.5 and the 5-6 was too small and tight. the next size up fits length, but feels a little narrow. I am keeping the 2nd pair, but would prefer a different size.

These were so cute but to be honest the fit was bad. I wear an 11 and have a fat foot. These were so big int he thong area that my foot slipped around in them. I was afraid to wear them as I thought I would fall. I had bought them for two relatives as well. All three pair are going back. There are better options for fuzzy flip flops.

Now. It's been noted that the slippers run large. But it's a weird large. The back is a decent enough fit. I like flip flops that aren't too short in the back. But the front is weird. It's square and way, way too long.Had they been squishy enough, I'd have kept them because they are for indoor, but they don't have that thick soft sole I expected.I waited awhile to order, so I am extra disappointed to have to return them. If they were 7 bucks, then no big deal. But they aren't worth $18

So beautiful and comfortable! Fits perfectly, and it does keep your feet warm.

These slippers are so soft, that when I receive them I went and ordered another pair....I got black ....wanted to order creme, but the cream got sold out, so got another black pair......😊

Very fluffy, very comfy, basic slippers for wearing around the house when it's not too cold. These just make aching feet feel better when walking. I wouldn't wear them outdoors for an extended period of time. Great deal, great slippers, I like them :)

Too much difference for size 7/8. I’ll have to cut off at least an inch.
