UPDATED REVIEW, 2/11/19: BUYER BEWARE! Homitt did NOT respond to my request for instructions on how to return this, as we can't STILL can't detach the extension pole and we can't fit it back into the package it came in. Homitt also seems to have gone quiet on Facebook and Twitter. Wondering if this company is still in business? BE CAREFUL, not sure if this company will still be available in a few months... if a buyer has issues, their "warranty" might be useless.It works OK... but there are issues:CONS:1) The most frustrating issue: None of us can remove the extension handle because it fits too tightly into the main unit. We're in our late 30s, can't imagine how a Senior Citizen would be able to use this. (Yes, we've read the directions and used the "release" button, the "fit" is just too tight.) When we first assembled it, we found it odd that it was so difficult to attach the extension rod into the main unit. It was a VERY tight fit. We had to turn it upside down and put a little force on it to get it attached. After we attached it, we've tried & tried to remove it. We even had 2 people trying to detach it, one person held the extension rod, the other person held the main unit and we could still only get it about 1/8 of the way off.- We're thinking...If we can get it off again, maybe we can put some WD-40 or sand it down a bit to make it easier to slip in and out?- We WERE going to get one of these for our Senior parents, but I doubt most Seniors could get the long extension rod attached and no way they could remove it. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SENIORS AT ALL!Maybe we got a bad unit? Not sure...2) While there is a "hard" scrubber brush included, it's not as tough as it should be.3) The softer scrubber brush with a tip on the end, "smashed" down the very first time we used it and now there is no "tip" at all. We thought this would be good for getting into corners and around edges, but now it's just a large-ish brush with no "detail" tip to it.4) It could be more powerful. Again, maybe we got a bad unit.PROS:1) It had a long run time, so we didn't have to continually keep re-charging it.2) It is nice and long to get into spaces that are difficult to reach.We haven't decided if we're going to return it or not... it's 60-40 to return at this point, as it works pretty well for jobs where one can't normally reach, but we can't use it without the extension handle... but to return it, we have to go find a enough box to ship it back as we can't use the original box (which we still have) because we can't detach the long extension handle... what a pain!

I've needed some help with my domestic chores: I don't have the wrist and upper body strength needed for certain jobs that require scrubbing. This tool was invented for me! Scrubbing my tub and shower and floor is a simple task with this power tool.....If they made a toilet brush attachment I would be the first in line to buy one! Well done....tool well planned and manufactured with a woman in mind!

What I like about this cordless electric scrubber is that it's light weight and easy to handle. Rechargeable batteries a plus.And it works as advertised and very easy to use. Great scrubbing action on all surfaces. Love it!!

I have tried 3 times to use this scrubber and all 3 times it shut off after 5 minutes, it WILL NOT keep a charge! During the few minutes that I was able to use it the scrubber head was very weak and useless to clean tile.UPDATE: I contacted Amazon about returning this unit and they told me to keep it and they would immediately refund my money. I then received a message from the seller telling me they would send a new unit at no charge !! I can happily say that the new u it holds a charge and works extremely well. It definitely met my expectations.

Great invention great for people who has large shower/tub saves you from all the bending. Does exactly what it says love it

Is zero stars an option? After charging overnight, it worked for only 10 minutes, and would never again turn on despite my recharging it. Big disappointment. Fortunately, Amazon has issued me a refund.

The Main thing I was looking for was that the motor within was strong enough to do basic work, meaning if as soon as I put the spinning brush next to bathroom tile does it stop spinning. Answer no it doesn't so that means it can scrub tiles, etc, etc which is what I wanted.

Well worth money!!! Ended up ordering two one for kitchen and one for bathroom. I don't have a clue what issues some folks have had with the Spin Scrubber but I wish they'd try another one because I think they would find how much easier it makes your life with household maintenance. It cuts mine in half and that's deep down dirty cleaning. It's GREAT!! MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE IT!
