Killed 3 bands in 40 mins trying to sand our deck before this. Used about 3 bands over the next 15 hours with this. Just use it frequently and dont let it get really gunked up. It'll clean the sandpaper but not remove the really caked on stuff. We used maybe 1/6 of this rubber stick with about 15 hours of sanding.
