Driven: The Never-Give-Up Roadmap to Massive Success Paperback – September 25, 2018

Manny Khoshbin is who I look up to and I was very excited to read this book. It has great advice and message. If I were to give any negative feed back it is that the book is not necessarily the easiest to read. The grammar is hard to follow sometimes, but if you follow Manny on any sort of social media platform you know that he still speaks choppy English. Give the dude a break... hes from Iraq. Overall an AWESOME BOOK.

Absolutely amazing book! Anyway who is giving this book below a 5 rating is an unsuccessful hater. Manny, thank you! I met you at the cars and coffee in Newport Beach. You are very humble and a great inspiration. I am inspired and will become a multi millionaire through real estate!

I have a collection of over 120 books about psychology, sales, business, drive, and this is definetly the first book that I can feel connected too since I arrived in the US as an immigrant too, and I'm following a different path with similar steps to what Manny did. I love the book. I would def gift this to my friends, specially kids, once I have them. This book, how to win friends and influence, and 12 Rules for Life are my sacred trinity.

Manny dives deep into who he is and how he built himself into the mogul he is today. Refreshing that he isn’t the sleezy show off (although he has the bank account and HyperCars to be one) that many of today’s “entrepreneurs” flash on social media.Touching stories, great advice on money and life, and real examples of success (and failures) that give motivation to stay... DRIVEN! Fired up and time to MAXOUT!

this book is very good for our young children.

After looking at the top review, I was a bit skeptical. After reading this book, my whole perceptive changed. Manny incorporates real-life examples and tries to tell his story on how he became so successful. I highly recommend this book if you want to beat all the odds and get into real estate.

I read the book overnight. It’s more like a memoir! Manny, the writer, shares all the highs and lows with full transparency.My biggest catch was about our organic fuel workout!
