Great experience with cooking chicken on our Homemade Barrel BBQ Cooker.
This mat set worked really well for our cooker. Bought to cook chicken over our current grill (designed more for tri-tip and other larger roast type meats) because it would have been more difficult to turn them and maintain even cooking without them. I am planning on buying another set so I can cover my whole grill if I need them.
