Glad I picked Tulo Soft
I did a lot of research on different mattress before picking tulo. I had seen adds for a "color" one and it got my attention. But then I saw the price tag for it (even in twin) and decided to keep looking. That's how I found Tulo, along with all the other brands! The main reason I went with Tulo is that there is more then one firmness choice. That fact also had me a little worried too because how do you know for sure your picking the right one? Well you don't. But I used the mattress quiz on their web site and ended up picking the soft. It stated it worked for side sleepers so I ordered it. And figured if it wasn't right I would learn about the return policy. Thankfully I don't have to do that.Setup is easy. But there are no instructions on the box so I'd say watch the set up video. Basically you just take it out of the box place at head of bed and start removing plastic. Or just open the plastic and see what happens š.I don't ever want a regular mattress after sleeping on this one. I got it because it's for side sleeper. I haven't had any hip pain at all after sleeping on it.

The soft is the perfect balance of support and comfort for me.
I have some lower back issues that plague me and Iāve never found a mattress that was actually comfortable. Most all of the foam mattresses come in āMedium Firmā which is just one step below a granite slab and always needed a topper, which then made them a little too soft.I bought this in āSoftā and was 100% skeptical and assumed that I was just throwing my money away on anothe gimmick, overhyped chuck of semi-rigid foam that would off-gas like a 1950ās chemical factory. I am so completely, and happily, wrong. This mattress is amazing! Iām shocked enough to write a review. I love it. I let it āinflateā for 12 hours. It reached full height in about 20 mins and stayed there so I figured it was safe to sleep on even though the manufacturer says to wait for a day. It was the best nights sleep Iāve had in years.I honestly did not want to get out of it the next morning. It wasnāt hot like other foams, and it has the perfect level of support for me. There was Zero odor. I have the 10in and me sheets fit perfectly. If you have been put off by budget foam mattresses before, consider trying one of these. With the 100 night guarantee you literally have nothing to lose except crappy sleep, and we donāt want that anyway. Love my mattress!!

Not sized as advertised.
My husband and I recently decided to give in to our different mattress preferences and get a split king, with two separate mattresses. I ordered the TWIN XL Tulo and my husband ordered a different brand twin xl. Luckily, the mattresses we both chose were listed at 10ā, and even better mine arrived first so I set it up a full two weeks before our new bed frame arrived. After letting it expand/air out for a week I put a mattress protector on it and thought perhaps my mattress protector was a bit defective as it seemed big. I slept on the bed on the floor for a week before my husbands mattress and our new frame arrived and I was truly in love! As a side sleeper my discomfort from our old mattress was gone. But, I complained to my husband that I worried my feet were hitting the end of the bed. He said it was probably due to the bed being on the floor. So, a week later our new frame and my husbands mattress arrived. The installers from the furniture company called me upstairs to show me that my mattress was noticeably not as long as my husbands and not as tall. My mattress is about 8.5ā tall and definitely at least 3-4ā shorter than my husbands. Itās frustrating because my pillow keeps falling between the mattress and the the headboard in the middle of the night. The box said twin XL but this mattress definitely did not expand to the size it is listed at. While the mattress is very comfortable Iām so disappointed at the sizing of it and the fact that Iāll likely need to build or buy something so that my pillow will stop falling through the cracks and to raise my mattress up to the height it was supposed to be.UPDATE: I contacted Tulo to trouble shoot this as after a week this has really become an issue. I was hoping to find a way to make it expand more. Tulo customer service absolutely refused to even trouble shoot a defective mattress with me at all. I then contacted Amazon who gave me the option to package it up and return it for a refund or a replacement. Packing it back up is not only not possible but super wasteful and I wouldāve been without a bed for a few nights waiting on the replacement, also unhelpful. All I wanted was help! Instead I got a laughably small refund disguised as help from amazon and deplorable customer service from Tulo. As soon as I can afford to buy a different mattress from any other company I will.

A hard to find actual "soft" mattress
Small people shopping for a mattress may not realize we need a soft mattress because we aren't heavy enough to depress firmer mattresses where they need to be to provide comfort. I suffered for almost a year because I tried a mattress topper and ended up with shoulder pain I couldn't explain or resolve. I researched and discovered this simple fact - at 5'3"/125 pounds I needed a soft mattress! It seems the mattress industry tries to convince everyone firmer is better and it's no wonder that an actual soft mattress is difficult to find. Enter Tulo. I ordered this bed-in-a-box with some trepidation because if it didn't work out, how in the world would I return it? Fortunately because Tulo's product is exactly as described, within 2 weeks my shoulder pain was gone! My only unhappiness with this mattress is that, as others have described, it heats up significantly. As a menopausal woman I may be more sensitive to that aspect, but I no longer need my flannel sheets! Otherwise, I recommend ordering this soft mattress if you under 150 pounds. You won't regret a Tulo!

Great mattress
I really like this mattress. The price is great, the delivery was quick. It took about 3 days for the chemical smell to go away before we put sheets on it and used it. Itās a good idea to leave it uncovered for a few days to air it out. The only complaint I have, and itās not major, is that the corners seem to be curling upward. Weāve been sleeping on it since November and the corners problem isnāt that bad but I am noticing it. All-in-all we think itās comfortable and thereās no body shaped trench on both sides so thatās a plus.
