The blanket was listed as being 48"x72" so I measured a blanket I currently have to see if that size would work for me and found that it would, but barely, and ordered it. Happy to finally get a weighted blanket at a price I can afford.. When I received it, it seemed short, so I measured it and it was 47"x68". One inch too short in the width, no problem, I can deal with that, and can consider it a small flaw that happens and isn't a big deal. But 68" instead of 72" is just not acceptable. Will it cover all of me, well, yes, but not comfortably and not with enough left over for the weighted blanket to work properly. Amazon's customer service when contacted went above and beyond, but the company actually selling the blanket needs to be honest about what they are selling.Update: I was contacted by the seller. I appreciate them wanting me to be a satisfied customer and I was happy to receive a replacement blanket. Unfortunately, it was still only 68 inches long. However, the company did make a good impression in wanting to make things right. The blanket itself is super soft and comfortable. I'm happy it has finally been cool enough to use it in my house. It is so cozy and I am sleeping better! I would just caution anyone ordering to order larger than you actually need since they seem to run small.

The actual dimensions of the blanket i received are 56"×75" (i ordered the 60×80).The blanket itself feels of excellent quality, it is very soft, and though i havent weighed it to verify the weight, it seems adequately heavy for my taste.Overall, this seems like a very high quality product, disregarding the length issue. If a few inches doesn't matter too much, i can't imagine a better product at this price range. And even if you do run into the same issues, the seller seems more than ready to help resolve any issues.Update 1: i got a very quick response back from customer service. They offered a very agreeable solution (don't like giving too much info as i don't want to put anybody in a bad spot regarding future cases), and they said they will be sending another product out to me. Once that arrives i will update my review to 5 stars.Update 2: the problem has been fully resolved at this point. I am very happy with the purchase overall and the level of customer care. I will definitely consider purchasing one again.

When I first received this blanket, I wanted to try it out immediately; however, when I did, I learned it was too heavy and felt warm for summer use. With the cooler wintery weather we have been having, the weight and warmth is perfect, and I sleep like a baby - better than, I think! In review of my sleep stats, it looks like I am getting about 2-3 hours of deep REM sleep, nightly, now. Love this blanket! I haven't tried cleaning it yet, as I keep it between the top sheet and under a duvet cover (so the animals don't put too much fur/hair on it.

My wife suffers from depression and anxiety and likes to pile blankets on herself so that she can feel safe and secure. I bought this blanket to see if the weight of one item rather than a pile of items would be helpful. It just so happened that a couple days after it arrived I was able to test this theory as she experienced a panic attack. I placed the blanket on top of her and almost instantly she started to feel relief. This blanket has already paid for itself over the month that she has been using it.I highly recommend the use of a weighted blanket for anyone that suffers from anxiety, panic attacks or depression. It works wonders!

I just took a nap with this thing on me, and I have to say that I feel absolutely refreshed and relaxed. No tossing or turning. I'm, frankly, amazed.

Everything about his blanket was spot, the color was a little bit lighter than the photo but it’s super soft and the weight is perfect! I would recommend this to anyone who needs it. I have seen blankets comparable to this one for $200 plus dollars. It’s a hug in a box well worth the money!

I loved this blanket when I first got it. Now im sad because the little glass beads used for the weight keep coming out some how. Now thee weight is all off.UPDATED:The company reached out to me and replaced the blanket. Great customer service and so far so good on the quality of the new one.

This is really really small, which I wasn’t expecting. Having said that, my son had an accident on it two days after we received it and I thought I might have to throw it away. I hand washed it and hung it to dry thinking that it would take a week to dry and a day and a half later - it was dry and I’m perfect shape. I wouldn’t recommend washing it often (it was a major and very heavy pain), but it puts up wish washing well. It also works! My son has anxiety and he mellows out with it. Plus, it’s soft.
