If you're used to having a water flosser at home, having one during travel is a must. This is my third travel water flosser brand over a period of 3 years. I was not satisfied enough with the first 2 so I keep looking for a travel water flosser with better features.Pros:1) compact2) dual voltage/usb charging3) water reservoir. I like that it's easy to remove and that it has a retractable stainless tube. I prefer this to one that you have to push out or the one with the plastic tubing. It is not ideal to have a separate water reservoir especially with bathroom sink space being limited. Also, I don't need to worry about the plastic tubing touching any surface, especially since you put that in the water you use for flossing.I also like that the water container is used as a cover for the attached nozzle tip if not in use. No need to remove the nozzle tip and place in a separate case for storage.4) lower mode is good enough for my use5) charge lasts at least 2 weeks even if used daily.Cons:1) design-wise, I wish they can have the nozzle tip placed on the opposite side instead of the same side as the switch when using the flosser. I splash all over the flosser so it's good thing that it's waterproof.2) because of the rigid stainless steel tube, you won't be able to use whatever's left of the water even when you tilt the flosser.Overall, it's a nicely designed water flosser. It's practical and most importantly it's compact. I'm really satisfied the purchase.

We really enjoy our counter top water pick, but my husband travels a lot. Enter this portable water pick! We recently went out of town and brought this with us. It was great. Easy to figure out all around. It came with a USB charging cable, and extra irrigating heads.You simply twist off the top and fill it with water, pull down the straw, and attach the water basin (aka the lid). The irrigating head folds up and you turn it on. It has two levels of intensity. When you're done, you empty the basin, fold down the head, and reattach the basin to the top. It all compactly fits into a little bag.My brother-in-law had another brand of cordless water pick and it was much bulkier than this, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much more compact this was. It will be easy to stuff into a carry-on. Looking forward to using it more.

The design on this water flosser is terrible! It leaks and the heads are too short to effectively reach the back areas of the mouth. Finally the description didn't state that the charging cord was included and I was prompted to order that separately only to find out that one was included.Spend a little more and get something worth the money!!!

Took this portable water pick with me for a 5-day trip. It was perfect for my needs. It works well and is easy to pack into the suitcase. Was especially impressed with how well it is made. Charges like a cell phone, so no batteries to change. Clever design makes it compact, and it works well as a water flosser. Highly recommend this product.

This product is easy to operate and has enough water tank to do the job. The power is good! I love the push up switch. You can't just bump it and change a setting by mistake. The tip swings down and the water tank covers it to keep it all sanitary!

I liked most everything about the flosser until they quit working! Replaced the first one that stopped within a couple of weeks and now the replacement quit! I’m one day beyond it being refunded or replaced. Two in 6 weeks. My last travel flosser worked for years not days! Not good, very disappointed to say the least!

It’s not flowing correctly even after following instructions on the box.
