Where to start? The battery lasts one day at most. The heart rate monitor doesn’t work. If not synced at least twice a day the watch loses about 10 minutes per day. The strap is awkward and clumsy to fasten. The steps are inconsistent and inaccurate (I work in a job where I am required to walk a regular route daily yet the steps vary as much as 4000 steps). The notifications don’t work properly. Although I have the anti-lost feature disabled I only have to walk 15 metres from my phone and it buzzes to tell me I’ve lost it. Looks nice though!!! Save your money and go for a better branded product. If I was MyKronoz I would be ashamed to put this on the market against both cheaper and more expensive alternatives.

Have used mine for a couple of days. Heart rate monitor is consistently off by ca 30 beats at any given time. Step counter is also not working; I can walk around for a full day and it will still show 0 steps. I really wanted to like this product but now regret not buying a proper fitbit in the first place.

This is a really useless product and doesn't work after two weeks. It synched via Bluetooth at first, then stopped doing so. I couldn't update it on the PC either. Everything just freezes. The Help page doesn't exist. Save your money and buy something that works. This does not.
