A worthwhile upgrade
I managed to crack the glass bed on my lulz mini and I could either replace it with an original part with the heater glued to the glass, or I could do the modular upgrade for a few dollars more. The modular upgrade is very much the preferred path. The installation was easy (just a couple of printed parts to swap out) and it's great not having to worry about possibly cracking the glass again. I wish they would come up with a removable/flexible option like my Prusa Mk3, but for now I'll take what I can get. My lulz mini is a nice workhorse and I'd like to keep it going as long as I can!

Poor Design
None of the corner standoffs were the correct height making the bed leveling washers sit at an angle. I found others complaining of the same issue on forums and contacted the Lulzbot tech support. They said it was not a known issue. After a trip to my local hardware store, I was able to find the appropriate sized washers to make it work. Once installed correctly, it works great, but shouldn't have had to spend that much time fixing an obvious issue with the product.
