I'm going to have to change my rating. It really was a great bag. I carried it to and from school (I'm a teacher). I've had it for almost 3 months, now, and it the straps are almost ripping off. I don't overfill it, it's always able to easily be zipped up. The straps are hanging by strings, though. I'm bummed, because I really liked it.Original rating: A great bag for a great price! Very well made. I love that it comes with a separate little case for, what seems to be made for, an iPad and your phone. Plenty of room, but not too bulky.

Spacious and stylish, this bag is exactly what I thought I needed for traveling. It's looked classy and seemed to potentially be exactly what I needed, but I found that it's almost TOO big. I know, how is that possible? Well, traveling can be very stressful. I thought having a personal item (in airport terminology) that I could organize all my documents and use as a business purse would be a great investment.Pros:-Stylish-Organizational compartments-Customer serviceCons:-Awkward straps-Too big-Poor quality zipper I was disappointed. It did look nice, exactly like the other reviewers posted, but while I was at the airport going through security, the zipper decided not to work anymore. It got stuck and then just wouldn't zip properly at all. (Needless to say, I am glad that was on the way home.) The pockets are also really big, so I had to bring extra folders (that took up needed space) to make the airport less of a hassle. Also, the straps are such an awkward length. It's uncomfortable to sit on the shoulder and too big to let sit on your forearm. I put it around my suitcase handle to just roll it, but it kept falling (yes, I was holding the straps with the handle of the suitcase. I am not a moron).Though, customer service was great. I was refunded immediately after sending in a return request, and UPS picked it up the following day.My point is that it is a cute, classy looking bag, but if you're looking for a traveling tool, I do not recommend it.

I've finally found my ideal work bag! It's huge, which I wanted, and still stylish and attractive. It looks much more expensive than it is too! I used it for a one-day business trip last week as my carry-on bag. It comfortably fits my 13 inch Macbook Air, plus normal everyday items, a pair of heels, Kindle, and snacks. It easily fits under an airplane seat and the zip closure makes it feel secure when going through security/x-ray. The handles seem very strong even for an overpacker like me and the nylon body of the bag is durable and stays very clean.

I loved the style... But after just over one month of light use, several of the seams have split and it is completely falling apart. Unfortunately I'm outside my return window now and can't even send it back.

I was very excited about this bag -- I really wanted to like it. When I first got it, it was a stunner: elegant, big enough to carry all my work stuff, and with enough pockets/compartments to organize all my things; however, after about 3 weeks, the zipper broke and after 3 months, the straps started to rip. Admittedly, I do carry quite a bit of weight in it on a regular basis (small laptop, files, wallet, etc.), so it might last longer if you do not carry that much weight in it. Importantly, if you go over all the reviews you'll see that a great number of people are complaining about the zipper. As previously mentioned, my zipper broke after 3 weeks. The teeth kept popping open on one side and now it won't completely close on that one side. I'm able to (mostly) fix it every time, but this keeps reoccurring every couple of weeks or so. It's simply ridiculous this is an issue on a $50 bag.I would not recommend this product.

Love this bag! I have been needing something for conferences that is professional looking, but can still accommodate all of the many item I acquire and have for presentations. This is a bit larger than I was expecting, but this is definently not a complaint at all! The two- toned coloring of this bag are also fantastic, not it can coordinate with different professional attire, and still look good. Before I was using a tan- colored backpack. while this was efficient, I was tired of blending in with the other students. Initially I was wanting a laptop tote bag that was all leather, so I would know that it would last for quite awhile. After reading the other reviews for this one though, and being ensured that it is a good brand, I decided to trust this. I am not disappointed! It is heavier than I was expecting as well, but not in a terrible way. There are various, and many compartments, which I love. Everything stays organized, and in it's rightful place. I am also surprised at the deep discount Amazon had for this. Through the brands website, this bag is about ~$128. through here, I have been able to get it for $49. What a price difference! The clutch that came along with this bag will honestly probably not be used, but the little sis loves it, so at least it will be put to good use! I will be looking into this brand further for everyday bags I can use!
