Get ready to spend some time
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. It took me about 2 hours to install this beauties, l I had to run wires inside the handle bar, drill a hole in the middle and connect the lights inside the head light housing. COMPLETELY WORTH THE TIME, lights are super bright, getting a lot of compliments.

Crap
Really pissed that the end cap came off during a ride. Ride three times and one side comes off. So now I don’t have but a bulb on one side with no cover ... not happy and can’t find the cap replacement to buy ...

UPDATE: I don't recommend them
2020 update: Low quality product, the plastic cover on the end came off.************************************************Like another reviewer said these grips are worth the time to install them. But first, before getting into the nitty-gritty, I have to point out something that caught my attention in a negative way. I know these are not made out of stainless steel, but when they arrived and I took them out the box, they had some small rusted spots. However, I managed to remove them by rubbing them with a piece of cloth. What this tells me is that these might not be of very high quality. Besides that, they look pretty cool on my Yamaha V-star 650.It took me maybe 2 or 3 hours to install them. They actually are about the same size of my stock grips, but they don't slide completely through the handlebars. Because of that, I have to relocate not only the mirrors and master cylinder, but also the hoses and cables as well. I also had to drill a hole on my handlebars in the middle. They only come with one wire each (positive), and the reason is because the whole aluminum housing is the ground or negative. You will have to get extra wires to extend your conections. On my Yamaha, I ran the wires through inside the main headlight where I found the turn signal wires. In this case they were brown and green. After I was done, I wasn't really satisfied because the throttle grip feels very loose, but I think I might've not installed the throttle cables properly.Another thing that I have to point out is that the light is given off by incandescent bulbs. I wanted to swap them for LEDs, but I noticed that the caps seemed to be non-removable. However, I managed to taken them off by turning them with force. All in all, after over three months of using them, these are a nice pair of grips and they have been working fine up to now.
