It worked but the design isn't great.
I first put my Cinch on a few days post partum and it did help my muscles start to retain their previous state so it did its job. There are some design flaws though: 1)its wider in the front than in the back so it created an awkward roll 2)its not long enough to cover the bottom on my stomach that needed it the most and I even have a short torso. The material is good quality but still little pricey for the all together value of the product. Wish I'd seen a review before buying it because I would have gone with a Belly Bandit instead.

If you are short in the torso, try something else.
If you are short in the torso, try something else. I bought for post- c-section use and had high hopes based on reviews. However, I have a short torso so this doesn't work. It is designed to be either an abdomen wrap or a hip wrap, but if you don't have enough torso for it to be one or the other, the wrap flares and pinches because it can't conform well to your curves. You will have to keep yanking it either up or down, your rolls will spill over either end, and because of it flaring out since your waist is smaller than hips, it will be totally visible under clothing. Also, their sizing is misleading. I bought based on their size guide. The largest inch size/setting indicated on the wrap itself is several inches smaller than indicated on the size guide. Skip it, save your money, try something else. I'm now using a smaller version of the wrap (a DeRoyal binder, bought through Amazon) they gave me when leaving the hospital. It's not awesome, but it's better and much cheaper than the Cinch.

Not worth the money
I bought this product with high hopes. It is supposed to "cinch" your postpartum tummy. So, the day I got home from hospital I put it on. First, you need your waist size... Like you know that right after having a baby. Second, there is boning and a grip-like material to keep it from moving, but both are in direct contact with your skin, ouch!!!! Third, the cinch didn't go low enough to target the lower tummy, which is the main area most want flattened. Finally forth, the loose skin and fat have to go somewhere, and on me that meant up. Yes, the area right under your bra in both the front and back. I don't even have that much loose skin! I ended up buying a pair of tummy control panties, which are more comfortable and less expensive. Don't waist your money buying this product!

Spanx Shapeware is More Worth Your Money
This is my first time writing a product review since I felt compelled to share this product experience with my fellow Amazon shoppers. This product (Cinch Wrap) is good in concept and works fine for its intended purchases, however the bulky and multilayered fabrics of design make the product difficult to seamlessly fit to your outfit. I used the Cinch for approximately two weeks but switched to Spanx Shapeware (costing $63) and found Spanx works so much better and wished I did not spend $83 for the Cinch. I ended up buying 3 Spanx Shapeware since it worked wo sell (I lost about 2 size waist within 2 weeks); and most importantly Spanx Shapeware make me look as as if I never had twins (I gained 40 pounds) through numerous compliments from my colleagues (even though I still have the last 5 pounds to go in the 'hip' area). My strong recommendation of skipping this product and just go with Spanx

The top of the wrap rolls down and the bottom ...
The top of the wrap rolls down and the bottom of the wrap rolls up. Very uncomfortable when this happens. Over all it is okay. Works through the stomach area. Some of the back.

Great for lower back pain
I love the support it gave my lower back. I had a lot of pain and this wrap would instantly relieved that pain. I also feel like it helps your tummy stay in place.

i hate it
This belt is ugly and bulky. Do not order. It's also very difficult to put on. I regret spending my money on it. The company gives you few days to return which I didn't know. I wasted my money on it. Very disappointed :(
