Clown Wig Costume Accessory

I was taken aback when the wrapper said "Child's Wig". And indeed, it did look small. I have a rather large head circumference and a lot of very thick hair, so I was not sure if this was going to work for me at all. Additionally, it arrived very flat, and took some work to fluff out - which caused some of the "hair" to fall out. However, it did work. It was a tight fit, and it took some doing to get my hair flat enough. But the final result was quite good. And it looks like it will hold up fairly well too. If this was just a tiny bit bigger, and if it did not take so much doing to fluff it out, this would deserve a "five".

I ordered this for our Read Across America week at the school I work at. One of the week's events is to wear as many colors as you can. I thought this colorful wig would be an awesome addition to perk up the events for my first graders. Boy, was I disappointed when it arrived! Not only is it made for one of my students' head size, but clumps of hair were already falling out. It came in a package with a label over an Oriental Trading Company label so that alerts you to the quality. This should be clearly labeled as a child's wig. The mesh netting also shows on the wig and it requires a lot of fluffing and strategic maneuvering to try and get it to look decent. It isn't worth the money. $2 - yes, but not almost $8.

This wig doesn't look like the picture. They never seem to. I'm satisfied with the quality. Not great, but better than I was expecting for the price. It's comfortable and easily stretches to fit my (on the larger size) adult head. I think (hope) it will look much more like the picture once I've had a chance to pick it out a little. Right now it's just kind of flat.

This wig isn't made for people with a lot of hair and I wasn't cutting my hair off just to fit the wig either. It almost fit my head, but was a little small. But I really like the way the wig looked. If I would've had less hair, i think it would've fit perfectly.

could have been a little better quality, some bald spots. It will serve it's purpose after I fluff it up a bit.

For the price, I thought the wig was a real bargain. I not only looked like a clown....but felt like one too. The wig was quite comfortable.

Arrived quickly. Fit just fine - if you have a long hair it may not cover it all. Ships flat of course, so leave some time to fluff it up a bit. Held together great. I'd recommend this wig for the casual costume wearer - a professional clown might want to invest in a higher-end item.
