first off let me say love the long carry strap my Granddaughter started Jr high must carry all day perfect. also fits 55 oz bentgo box for a big salad. it can also fit a 10 oz soup thermos at the same time but great for kids who go to after school programs fits lunch snacks a ice pack. listen I can't say enough good things about this bag. it really does the job!
