I was a little weary of a one size fits most policy when considering things like comfort and discretion. Most "undergarments" that say one size fits most have never really done the job for me and have had enough cons to outweigh the pros. I'm happy to say however, that these Happy Ending Eco Diapers are outstanding in not only their fit, but also their quality. I mentioned discretion earlier, so allow me to ellaborate on that. It comes with a microfiber insert that is fairly sizable. The brief alone is pretty unnoticeable, but with the insert in, I feel shorts are out of the question. While it is not the most discrete, it is amazingly comfortable and well designed. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only thing I can really say I did not like was the packaging. I thought that it would be discreet and fine. My roommate is not aware of my illness, nor my need for undergarments to assist me in maintaining some dignity. That being said, it was kind of hard to come up with a story for a package that said Eco Diapers on the label. That aside, the product is great, just be careful if your not home to get your mail before someone else does, assuming you live with others that is.

I have a bunch of these already but couldn't resist adding the lace design to my collection. It's "normal" looking enough that if someone saw a peek of it in a skirt or over jeans they probably wouldn't think much of it.The material and quality seems to go up over time - the most recent ones feel far better made and are way more durable than ones purchased years ago. They're comfy, soft, and can be worn discretely under clothes, assuming you don't add extra padding.

These are AMAZING! Bought this because we were tired of buying disposable diapers all the time. We figured worst case we lose a few bucks if it doesn't work well. Had them only for about two weeks so I can't speak for the durability other than to say they SEEM like they will last. We purchased extra pads like a few ppl recommended and I would recommend as well. They are extremely absorbent with two pads in them. Can easily hold multiple used without leaking and you wake up so much drier than disposables. They are also very comfy and much cuter than a disposable. Will defiantly be purchasing more if they hold up as well as I am expecting. Did I mention they are super cute? <3

The designs are very unique and modern, where as I've never used them in my childhood my adulthood craves for more fun playful designs like the Rocketship hooklop and pullup.The material is very soft and discreet for long wears do to the style. It's a low rise under belly fit (although i wish it was a bit higher) still was a comfortable fit.The inserts can hold about 3 medium-low wettings which can increase the more inserts you add!Overall im very pleased with their efforts to make such fabulous products in which i will return!

I bought a pair of these to try out and see how they fit. At 224lbs they are *just* big enough when snapped to the largest size, which is perfect since I've been working on losing weight.

I loved it so much and was so satisfied with this product I've bought 5/6 more from their website during their weekend promos. They haven't leaked and the fit is amazing, as long as you don't mind a bunch if your are smaller than an 8 inch rise. I'm an adult male 5ft 9in and 138 lbs. I am on the slender side, and i need to use this at the smallest settings in both rise and overlap at the waist. (the snap set overlap per design: one wing with 1 column of snaps over the other wing's middle column of snaps)

This is a wonderful product and is wonderfully made. I have a few other cloth and this is by far better and hope to own one more in the future at least. Pay attention to the inserts as i accidentally bought the charcoal snap in but this cloth diaper does not use this type and they are a little too big for it but they can work. Was delivered quickly

These diapers work well for all kinds of urinary incontinence. The supplied microfiber insert is sufficient for stress incontinence, daytime wear or when you can easily change.

i bought this adult diaper for my special needs daughter. it fits her perfect! she loves the patterns and colors they come in.

First time buying and using this kind. It doesn't go that high up, at waist height at most, super easy to remove the inserts, it would be nice if the insert slot could be closed...

These diapers are extremely comfortable, and though I usually have trouble finding things that will work with my small waist, they fit well around my waist and legs.

But this is a nighttime solution for incontinence for my 90+-year-old mom. Was not sure how she would react but after a little bit of time to adjust she loves them.
